The program duration is equal to the entire working life of each member and aims to reach three different target yields that is 350 bps rate for STACCO (up to fifteen years to INPS normal retirement age), 250 bps rate for VOLO (from fifteen years to five years to INPS normal retirement age) and 150 bps rate for ARRIVO (last five years to INPS normal retirement age). Each of three lines have a different strategic allocations with a decreasing risk based on a equity percentage weight that move from 14% to 52% (Private and Public Investments combined).
