Equita Capital SGR directly manages three Private Debt funds launched in 2016, 2020 and 2024 with a size of, respectively, €100m (fully invested), €237m (fully invested) and €131m (currently in fundraising with a target size of €350m), a Private Equity ELTIF fund launched in 2021 with a size of c. €100m and an Infrastructure fund launched in 2023 with a target size of €200m.
Private Debt funds focus on subordinated and unitranche facilities in support of LBO transactions sponsored by Private Equity funds and targeting European mid-size companies characterized by strong exposure to international markets and resilience to downturn cycles. Investment tickets ranging between €10m and €30m.
The Private Equity ELTIF fund focuses on majority and qualified minority investments in Italian export-oriented SMEs with untapped growth potential and leadership position in their market. Investment tickets ranging between €7m and €12m, mostly in the form of capital increase to support the growth of the company.
The EGIF renewable energy infrastructure fund focuses on equity investment in privately held greenfield assets in solar PV, onshore wind and biogas/biomethane, with a predominant focus on projects located in Italy and elsewhere in Europe. EGIF is an SFDR Article 9 fund with investment tickets ranging between €5m and €30m.
