Finint Investments SGR (Finint SGR) is an Italian full licensed asset management company managing real estate and securities investment funds. Founded in 2004 and with €4.8 bn of AUM, the Company has over 70 investment professionals and more than 30 investment funds. We are mainly active in the alternative fund space, and we can count on a large base of both Italian and international investors. The geographical focus of the investments is predominantly Italy.
More specifically, Finint Investments is active in the following asset classes:
o Real Estate: value add and opportunistic funds investing in core and non-core assets. Hospitality, residential and offices are the main asset class.
o NPEs:
- NPLs: first operator in Italy to launch an AIF in 2011 focused on the investment in non-performing loans (Italy is among the top EU markets)
- UTP/Turnaround: funds dedicated to UTP claim exposures and turnaround operations
o Private Markets:
- Private Debt: Finint Investments is among the top asset managers in Italy for the investments in SMEs bond and direct lending transactions
- Private Equity: leveraging on its proprietary network with Italian SMEs and on its expertise in private capital, the company recently launched its first dedicated fund to support the growth of Italian SMEs
o Multistrategy: the company is active in the management of multi-strategy products with a focus on private equity funds and infrastructure funds
o Renewable Energy: the company manages funds focused on the renewable energy and on energy efficiency projects; Finint Investments is among the top 10 market leaders in Italy in the management of funds investing into renewables energy projects
o Public Markets: the company manages accounts and AIFs investing into alternative fixed income securities and listed equity
