AIFI Young

AIFI Young brings together a group of young (under 35) analysts and managers who work in AIFI full member organisations and who are active in the world of private capital.

The aim is to create a solid network base among young people and actively involve group members in the initiatives promoted by AIFI, maintaining a regular flow of information on the Association's activities.

The group aims to create partnerships that foster the professional growth of young people through activities related to the world of private capital and promoted by AIFI, but also through transversal activities with other financial worlds, accompanied by moments of networking and sociability.

Requirements and advantages

The requirements for membership of AIFI Young are:

working in Private Capital;
being 35 years of age or younger (those aged between 35 and 40 can participate as "Mentors");
working at an AIFI Full Member (see list of members).

The main initiatives organised by AIFI Young are:

invitations to events promoted by AIFI (such as the annual conference, ceremonies, Awards and the Assembly);
transversal activities with other companies and associations, with whom bilateral agreements can be reached;
participation in AIFI R&F training courses with concessions;
opportunity to participate in meetings with industry experts;
receptions or other networking events;
evenings at the theatre thanks to the partnership with the Fondazione Milano per la Scala.

There is no participation fee to join AIFI Young.
