AIFI: 28 new members join, bringing the total number to 373

The AIFI Board of Directors met to discuss the association's economic and financial report.

The chairman emphasised how AIFI's activities have led to significant results in institutional activities, relations with the government and the growth of the association: in the last year, 13 new full members and 15 associate members have joined AIFI, bringing the total number to 373. During the Board of Directors meeting, Emanuele Levi, the new CEO and General Manager of CDP Venture Capital, was also co-opted, replacing Agostino Scornajenchi, who left the asset management company in May this year.

Immediately afterwards, the AIFI members' meeting opened with the annual report by the chairman, Innocenzo Cipolletta, who stated that the role of private capital is now widely recognised in EU strategies, thanks in part to the good work carried out by trade associations and market players in recent years, due to its ability to mobilise private capital to finance entrepreneurial projects.
